Working with Professor Tigist on the Website Enhancement for Bright Lights For Africa Foundation was a truly wonderful experience. She was always available, supporting both the student team and our organization, ensuring that the work stayed focused and aligned with our vision. Because of her leadership, we now have a website that truly reflects who we are — a platform that allows us to better serve the communities we support in both Canada and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Professor Tigist provided clear direction to the students and always took the time to clarify any questions with us, making the entire process smooth and collaborative.
