- Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market (USA or UAE); develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.
- Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
- Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion);
- Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
- Key Talent - What are the key team members we would need to operate in this new region.
- Compliance - Identify the regional compliance requirements needed to operate in this geography.
Our goal at the end of this experience
Develop us a complete report about expansion to a new region that includes the following:
- Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share; for the student(s) to help us capture new revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us secure new funding.
- Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize employee performance/customer satisfaction.
- Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
- Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.
- Key Talent - For the student(s) to help us identify the team needed for this expansion.
Other duties the student may complete could include:
- Competitor Analysis
- Cost Requirements
- Compliance Requirements
- Technology Requirements
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
