This 60-hour project focuses on one high-impact area: the admin data panel, where platform administrators view and navigate conversation data. The challenge is to design an interface that makes complex information clear, logical, and easy to explore.
You will lead the design process with structured mentorship and guided checkpoints.
Project Scope
This project follows a complete design process from concept to high-fidelity prototype:
- Experience Definition – Clarify administrator goals and map how they interact with conversation data.
- Low-Fidelity Wireframing – Create foundational layouts and navigation flows in Figma, focusing on logic and structure.
- High-Fidelity Design – Apply the platform’s brand standards, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns to bring the design to life.
- Interactive Prototyping – Build a clickable prototype in Figma to demonstrate functionality and flow.
- Testing and Iteration – Gather feedback from mentors, assess usability, and refine your design for clarity and efficiency.
- Design Handoff Summary – Document your design rationale and recommendations for technical alignment (no coding required).
Deliverables
- Low-fidelity wireframes showing key layouts and navigation paths
- High-fidelity, ideally clickable, Figma design that aligns with platform branding
- Brief design summary outlining logic and rationale
Ideal Candidate
- Must have experience in SaaS Design
- Ideally experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or web applications.
- Skilled in Figma
- Strong analytical thinking with an ability to simplify complexity.
- Interest in SaaS design, data visualization, and AI-driven platforms.
