better connect with our audience by standing out and being memorable while also being
able to use Marketing, Communications, and Graphic Design the students offer in a
corporate setting.
We are looking for a student interested in exploring and engaging with social
media trends. If you enjoy using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok and are
curious about what makes content shareable, we’d love to hear from you. The right
candidate would work to create consistent promotional branding and come up with
possible brand campaigns for the company.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Creative Flair: A passion for creativity and storytelling. Whether you have a knack for visuals or an interest in learning graphic design, your fresh perspective is what we’re looking for.
- Communication: Good communication skills are key. We’re looking for someone who can express ideas clearly and is comfortable writing or chatting online.
- Content Curiosity: If you find joy in creating content such as blog posts or social media updates, we’d like to support you in honing those skills.
- Analytical Interest: Eagerness to learn about SEO and online analytics. No previous experience is required – just a willingness to learn!
- Organizational Skills: If you like to stay organized and can juggle a few tasks at a time, you’ll fit right in.
- Cultural Appreciation: An interest in the beauty industry, especially the innovative world of Korean beauty, would be wonderful, but it’s not necessary.
- Team Player: If you enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas, we’d be excited to work with you.
- Growth Mindset: An openness to learning, trying new things, and stepping out of your comfort zone is more important than expertise.
- Initiative: If you’re self-motivated and like taking on new challenges, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):
- Research into brand
- Marketing ideas
- Brand Campaign
- Content Creation
Bonus steps would include:
- Custom material for us to use later on
Final deliverables should include
- A start to a brand sheet and guide for us to reference
- Campaigns made in software to be used in the later stage too.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Access to personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more
- Names of competitors to understand the market
- Work within the student's software expertise
