Welcome to the University of Victoria INSPIRE Level UP , powered by Riipen! This innovative program connects employers with Canadian post-secondary students for 60-hour paid projects. Students receive $1,400 CAD from Riipen upon successful project completion.  In the Inspire program, students will work in teams of 2 -5 to ideate, prototype, and implement a STEM solution to a local community problem. Students will leverage frequent interactions with industry mentors, their community partners, and use Design Thinking to assist them throughout the development process. Additionally, students are given ample networking opportunities where they will present their work to the local community and receive feedback, and participate in discussions.
