Despite technology challenges that hampered initial progress, Matteo was engaged and able to contribute to the project by planning and organizing new events. Matteo was able to help identify ways that existing technologies could be improved while integrating the technology into event planning and coordinating participants. Matteo has demonstrated persistence and professionalism, and has taken initiative while working on the project.
