Hi there! My name is Mariia, I am a 3rd year bachelor's degree student at Emily Carr University majoring in Interaction Design (IxD).
Through the time spent in university I found passion for UX design, with special focuses on research, information design and service design.Working across the fields allows me to create holistic experiences by combining my different areas of practice into a complete and detailed user journey. As an extrovert, I have always found working with people fun, and being an IxD major allows me to further apply my skills and abilities, by finding ways to make the lives of those I work for and with a little bit easier.
Life is filled with awkward interactions that challenge our patience and comfort. Therefore, with my focus on UX design and research, I hope to aid in resolving those inconveniences by creating services and spaces that would make people feel engaged in their lives. - Resume
