John and the team did a great job of working through email and virtual meetings to assess what I needed. The result was a very clear and well-laid out project. They were creative with suggestions and open to conversation about options. Adding in a few more virtual meetings would have been great to clarify context. However, the lack of those did not result in significant missteps. Thank you!
