Hugh Molyneux has developed software and been a technology advisor since 1995. He is passionate about the role of technology in real estate and has lived through the advent of the Internet, the emergence of big data, the promise of blockchain and now exciting developments in how artificial intelligence and IoT will create smart cities. He has a particular interest in how smart buildings will change not only how we work, but also how we live and play together. He is currently the President of Refined Data, a Toronto-based software development company that has won numerous awards by creating solutions that automate Real Estate management and reporting so staff can focus on the human aspect of delivering great service to tenants and their customers.
