Was great to work with Rosy throughout the project. She understood right away what was expected of her and showed enthusiasm in taking on the project. In her research, due to a lack of information she wasn't able incorporate statistical data and market analysis but she performed other valuable analysis that contributed to the overall success of the project. For example she demonstrated an understand on the market dynamics and trends in the water recreation industry, she came up with innovative concepts on how to target different demographics which shows a keen entrepreneurial spirit. She even beyond the expectations of the project, for example, she presented revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis to help enhance the feasibility and credibility of our plan.
